Lilian’s journey into SEND advocacy began when she encountered firsthand the gaps within existing education and support structures. Rather than accepting the limitations of the system, she chose to build solutions. She founded a specialist school to provide an environment where children with SEND are understood, supported and able to thrive.
Advocacy & Leadership
Alongside this work, Lilian advocates for clearer pathways, stronger accountability and more joined-up approaches between education providers, local authorities and policymakers.
Her leadership is rooted in compassion, clarity and action, ensuring that advocacy is always backed by delivery.
